Membership

What staking unlocks.

Stake HIVE across six tiers to earn Honey faster, get more free agent usage, save up to 61% on participating services, and pay a lower copy-trading profit share. Founding Bees stack an extra +0.5x on Honey only.

Free agent usageUp to 2.00x

Every tier raises your workspace's daily free agent usage on our Swarm Sovereign models. Link the staking wallet and the hosted gateway verifies your tier.

Honey is the hive's work ledger. It has no price by design; it decides trust, seats, and standing.

Paid seats

Bounties, curation seats, and operator roles pay real money for real work. Seats are limited: Honey standing decides who gets picked, and higher tiers build Honey faster.

Staking provides membership benefits, not yield, revenue share, ownership, or a claim on the treasury.

The ladder

Six tiers, Honeybee → Queen Bee.

Each tier keeps everything below it. Free agent usage is the general 1.00× plus your stake bonus. If your Honey level gives a higher multiplier, that one applies instead; the two don't stack.

Safety

Your HIVE stays yours.

Non-custodial, bounded, and transparent. Leaving takes three steps and nobody else's permission.

  1. 1Request unstakeYour tier updates right away.
  2. 2 cooldownPublished on the contract.
  3. 3WithdrawHIVE returns to your wallet.
  • Non-custodial

Your HIVE stays in the Base vault. Staking never transfers ownership — exit after the visible cooldown.

  • Visible cooldown

Unstaking is honest: request it, wait the published cooldown, then withdraw. No surprise locks.

  • Bounded by design

No tier grants treasury control, user-fund control, binding votes, or admin access. Status, access, and member pricing only.

  • Rules plus receipts

Public policy defines the revenue allocations; the HIVE Buyback Ledger publishes each confirmed purchase.

  • The public record

The HIVE Buyback Ledger publishes every confirmed HIVE purchase. The company treasury allocation is a separate revenue rail. Open the ledger

Questions

Straight answers.

The questions everyone asks, answered the same way every time.

Does staking pay HIVE?

No. Current staking provides membership benefits and creates no yield, revenue share, ownership, or claim on HIVE purchases or company treasury assets.

How does the free agent usage bonus work?

Free agent usage stays available without staking. Link the staking wallet to your HivemindOS workspace and the hosted gateway verifies its active tier, then increases that workspace's daily Swarm Sovereign Scout requests and tokens. The bonus is service usage only — it cannot be transferred, withdrawn, sold, or converted into HIVE, Honey, cash, or treasury rights.

Can I leave whenever I want?

Yes. Request unstake, wait the 3-day cooldown, withdraw. Your HIVE sits in a non-custodial vault the whole time — nobody can touch it but you.

What is Honey?

Honey is the hive's work ledger — proof of contribution, like a commit history with receipts. It has no price by design. It's how the hive decides who earns trust, seats, and standing — and your tier multiplies every drop you earn.

What happened to the old tier weights?

They're still here — same numbers, clearer purpose. The 1.00x–2.00x ladder multiplies Honey, and Founding Bees stack an extra +0.5x on Honey.

How are buybacks and treasury funded?

15% of each service's server-owned allocation basis — realized margin for most managed services, recognized platform revenue for others — funds HIVE buybacks, while a separate 15% goes to the company treasury. The treasury does not fund buybacks.

Find your place in the hive.

Connect, stake HIVE, and climb from Honeybee to Queen Bee. Staked before the receipts era began? You're a Founding Bee: permanent standing with an extra +0.5x Honey multiplier.
