HivemindOS Paid Capabilities

Paid capabilities are the parts HivemindOS runs for a customer. The local-first product stays free; customers pay for always-on availability, governance, collaboration, hosting, provider access, and support.

One Platform, Two Revenue Engines

  1. Agent operations: workspace subscriptions plus metered infrastructure, hosting, models, APIs, and enterprise controls.
  2. Agent economy: disclosed trading, payment, routing, and later marketplace fees when agents transact.

The features below are parts of one customer relationship, not separate businesses. Plan prices and metered rates are on the investor overview.

Managed capabilities

Managed Cloud Agents

Rail Current economics Status
DEX swaps 0.20% Live
Supported live stock/tokenized-stock execution 0.10% Live
Paid x402 and Veil private-payment execution 0.50% Live
Bankr-managed Base copy trades $1 monitoring minimum every 30 days, plus 5% to 10% of each new realized profit; no fee on trade size Live after independent execution verification
Eligible Hyperliquid perp fills 0.005% Live builder fee
Base x402 Builder Code Attribution and potential rewards Live attribution; rewards not guaranteed

Users can read how these work in the Trading guide and Wallets, Honey, And x402. Other Bankr actions carry no HivemindOS fee; hosted Bankr copy trading is the only exception. Its profit share is 10% under $1,000 of copied volume in the last 30 days, 8% from $1,000, and 6% from $10,000, less 1 to 3 points for HIVE staking, never below 5%. Copies started before 2026-10-04 keep the terms they started on.

Status and allocation rules

Capability Status rule
Cloud Pro and Cloud Team Design-partner validation until paid retention is observed
Enterprise controls Sell only capabilities that are implemented and supportable
Agent/workflow marketplace Defer until recurring buyer demand exists
Compute marketplace expansion Defer supply growth until providers can receive realistic utilization
Stake-tier member usage pricing Server-enforced consumption pricing on participating hive products; never a payout
HIVE buyback allocation 15% of each service’s server-owned allocation basis funds a separate HIVE purchase rail; purchases are publicly receipted and, since 2026-09-30, the HIVE bought is burned
Company treasury allocation A separate exact 15% of the same basis; the treasury does not fund buybacks and creates no holder claim. Two exceptions: credits bought with HIVE create no buyback or treasury allocation when spent, and HiveVerse home upgrades split 40% to HIVE buyback and burn, 40% to the HivePunks reward pot, and 20% to the treasury
Outside tokenomics allocation The remainder has no fixed use assigned by the tokenomics policy

The allocation basis is explained in Revenue Allocations And Treasury Boundaries.

Billing principles

  • Prices and usage are shown in ordinary dollars.
  • Hivemind Cloud credits are spend-only, nontransferable, and nonredeemable.
  • BYOK and self-hosting stay allowed; subscriptions charge for management, not key lock-in.
  • Variable provider and infrastructure costs are quoted before you commit where practical.
  • Money-movement fees are capped, and ordinary wallet transfers are free.
  • Fee revenue is reported separately from Builder Code attribution, contingent rewards, provider fees, and transaction volume.
  • HIVE is never a required payment method, and staking never gates core access. Member usage pricing changes prices on participating products, not access.
  • Features marked design-partner, contact-led, or planned are not promised.
