Founder Mode, Hivemind Labs, And Proof Packs

Founder Mode turns one outcome you want into a reviewable Zero Human Company blueprint. Use it when you know what you want to achieve but not how to staff and set up the company.

Found a company

  1. Open Founder Mode and describe what you want to make happen, or pick a template.
  2. Choose a privacy level, a first-milestone budget, and a pace.
  3. Review the blueprint: charter, measurable goal, crew roles, capabilities, model routes, budgets, approval rules, first experiment (Lab), and proof requirements.
  4. Choose to found the company when you are happy with it.

Building the blueprint changes nothing. Founding creates the company and its first private Lab, but does not start any work. You decide when the crew begins.

New companies use the default HivemindOS crew. You can switch to an AEON skill or a Grok Bot handoff afterwards by editing the company.

Templates

Templates give you a ready-made company shape. They include:

  • local website services, local branded products, property visual lead generation, and demand-validated information products;
  • a six-role Media Company crew (signal, research, angle, writing, distribution, and a managing editor), where every asset stays a draft until you approve publishing;
  • five always-on desks: Community Night Desk, Launch Signal Radar, App QA Patrol, Competitive Intelligence Watch, and Content Repurposing Desk;
  • nine publishing and audience businesses: Utility Site Studio, Local Directory & Lead Desk, Independent Publishing Desk, Affiliate Comparison Desk, Newsletter Authority Desk, Facebook Authority Desk, X Authority Desk, Pinterest Traffic Desk, and YouTube Research & Script Desk;
  • the Distribution-First App Lab, marked Untested • Experimental, which prepares a validation plan for one consumer-app idea.

Templates start small and safe:

  • Always-on desks start as one agent with one job, run hourly, and ask you to review the first three runs.
  • Publishing businesses start with one preparation cycle a day. Their first three outputs are reviewed before any publishing account is connected.
  • Publishing, outreach, spending, and account changes always need separate approval.

A template does not prove demand, connect accounts, spend money, publish, or contact anyone. Prices in a template are editable starting points. Templates contain generic operating lessons, never another operator’s data.

Share and import a company template

To share a company’s shape, open it and choose Share template. You get a JSON file to copy, download, or share.

The file includes the general goal, charter, offers, role-only crew, directives, approval rules, budget tier, skill names, and the names of required settings. It never includes the company’s name, people or agent identities, IDs, local paths, connected accounts, customers, history, metrics, revenue, spending, attachments, payment links, or credential values. Any approval set to skip is reset to Ask.

The review screen flags likely private details, such as names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and secret-like text. Still read it yourself before sharing: free-form text can contain business context only you would recognize as private.

To import, choose Founder Mode → Import shared template, review the blueprint, and found the company. Roles are matched to your available agents. Imported files are treated as untrusted: payment links are dropped, the four base approval gates stay on, and you configure your own credentials afterwards.

Hivemind Labs

A Lab is a small, measured experiment inside a company. Open it from the company cockpit.

  1. State the objective and how you’ll measure it.
  2. Record hypotheses and runs.
  3. Attach results and evidence.
  4. Add a verifier or your own ruling.
  5. Record what worked and what failed.
  6. Keep the best results and refine the playbook.

When a Lab has measured evidence, independent verification, and a playbook, you can turn it into a shared skill:

  1. Choose Preview fused skill to generate the skill without saving it.
  2. Review its evidence, failure modes, and whether it would create or change an existing skill.
  3. Choose Fuse into shared skill to save it to your shared brain.

Nothing is published automatically. If the evidence changes, you must preview and review again. Later companies can then find and reuse the skill.

Proof packs

On any Work Board task, Show me why opens a proof pack. It shows the deliverables, passed and failed checks, evidence, which agent and machine did the work, signed receipts, and any gaps.

Each result is marked verified, evaluated but unsigned, needs attention, or unverified. An agent saying something is done does not make it verified.

Outcome-aware model routing

HivemindOS can learn which models work best from your confirmed results, including acceptance, quality, cost, speed, and privacy. These records stay local. They are not official marketplace reputation and cannot create payouts or entitlements.

What stays in your control

  • Blueprints are read-only; founding does not start work.
  • Outside contact, publishing, money movement, and destructive actions need your approval by default.
  • Shared templates carry setting names only, never values.
  • A Grok Bot template is a handoff; HivemindOS does not start or watch the Bot.
  • You can stop a company or freeze its spending at any time.
