NocoDB

NocoDB turns structured data into spreadsheet-style tables. Connect a NocoDB workspace you run on your machine or a private fleet machine, and agents can read and change its records with your confirmation.

Before you start

HivemindOS does not install NocoDB right now, because the current release did not pass security review. Apps & Services shows Install unavailable until a new release passes review.

You can run NocoDB yourself under its license. Keep it private to your machine or fleet and follow NocoDB’s security and upgrade guidance.

Connect

In NocoDB, open Account settings → Tokens and create a dedicated key.
In HivemindOS, open More → Integrations → Connections → NocoDB.
Enter your NocoDB address. For another fleet machine, use its private address.
Paste the key and connect.

Give the key access only to what agents need. Some self-hosted editions cannot limit or expire keys, so treat it like a password. HivemindOS never reads or creates your NocoDB password.

What agents can do

Agents can list bases and tables, read one record, or list up to 100 records at a time. They can also create, update, or delete one record at a time. Every change needs:

the exact confirmation HivemindOS shows;
a unique change reference, so a repeated request does not repeat the change; and
permission from the NocoDB key itself.

Check the table, record, and fields before you confirm. NocoDB stays in charge of its own users, roles, and data.

Back up and recover

Follow NocoDB’s backup instructions before an upgrade or removal.

If the connection stops working, check that NocoDB is running and the key still exists. Disconnecting removes the saved address and key from HivemindOS; it does not stop NocoDB or delete data.

Hosted NocoDB

HivemindOS does not sell hosted NocoDB workspaces. NocoDB’s license allows self-run internal, personal, and non-commercial use, but offering it as a hosted service needs a separate commercial agreement.
